The Food Fair at Black Swan Park's Masterclasses will be introduced by Sunshine Coast local, Kim McCosker, the Australian author of '4 Ingredients'. All Masterclasses will be held in an intimate space with guests sampling, tasting and learning, all under the expert guidance of local businesses, producers and chefs. Spaces for the Masterclasses are limited to twenty-four people per session, with seating provided. Please note that some Masterclasses may be only for over 18's. Early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
