When all 'once upon a times' from childhood come together and manifest themselves on canvas, it is called a fantasy land. Such a fantasy land is being presented at the new exhibition at Ryazanoff Gallery in Albert Park.

The exhibition opens 15 June and will run to 15 July. However, if you are game to mingle with artists, you are welcome to attend the official opening on 22 June between 6 and 8 pm.

Ryazanoff Gallery presents Yulia Pustoshkina, an artist with whimsical imagination, grounded in folk tales and culture and winged by fantasy and imagination.

Yulia works are colourful cocktails of the familiar, the imagined and the long-forgotten. There are animals and buildings, flowers and people, characters and motifs. If you believe adults need fairy tales even more than kids, these 'glimpses' into wonderland are what you need.

Address: 117 Bridport Street, Albert Park
Official opening: 22 June 6-8 pm
