Easter is soon approaching, and these scrumptious chocolate brownies will be a fav with chocoholics - and guilt free too!

Ingredients
1 cup of chopped cashews
1 cup of chopped almonds
1/2 cup of chopped dried fruit (my fav at the moment are
goji berries)
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
Recipe
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients until well combined (add a little water if necessary).
Place mixture into a lamington tin (light greased with olive oil spray).
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
Dust with a little icing sugar and serve.
Note: Goji berries are small red berries rich in antioxidants - check out your nearest health food store for supplies and further information.
