Class - Urban Yoga Flow

Workshop 1 - Yoga for Athletes

Learn postures and sequences that address anatomical imbalances to reduce the chance of unconditioned muscles becoming fragile and compensating muscles getting tighter. Athletes require endurance, proprioception and focus. This workshop will not only kick your butt it will help with recovery time.

 

Workshop 2 - Arm Balance Mechanics

Workshop 3 - Ladder Power Flow

Learn a series of progression movements that will challenge larger muscles as well as the smaller and less developed muscles that you may not target in your regular practice through multi-planar strength building exercises and ladder flow sequences.
