Every Thursday through June, Melbourne Central has played host to the most mouth-watering event in Melbourne, the Afternoon Delight Flour Market. Consisting of the best bakers and sweet makers Melbourne has to offer, there has been a sweet treat to suit every sweet tooth.

If you have a preference for savoury, don't even bother. The Flour Markets Afternoon Delight is a visual and sensual feast for lovers of all things sweet and the market comes with one extra-special sweet treat. Guests of the Melbourne Central Flour Market can win the ultimate winter date night valued at $650 simply by posting a picture of yourself with a Flour Market snack or at the Flour Market Afternoon Delight pop-up on Instagram. Follow and tag your pic @melbournecentral in your post and include the hashtag #AfternoonDelight for a chance to win a midweek stay for two at the Luxe Plus tent at St Jerome's – The Hotel, two games and free cocktails at Strike Bowling and dinner, drinks and a LUX screening for two at Hoyts Melbourne Central. Entries are open until 10pm on 30th June 2016.

Stallholders appearing at the pop-up Afternoon Delight Market on Thursday 23rd June, from 3pm – 7pm include Agathe Patisserie, Butterbing, Candied Bakery, Hunted & Gathered, Cherry Cakes, Cobb Lane, Millstone Patisserie, Ace Cookies & Milk and Billy Van Creamy Gelato. The event finishes at 7pm unless sold out earlier.
