Located on busy Bronte Road in Waverley, Florid offers much more than just flowers. What might have you guessing about the nature of the store are the fabulous displays in the window that change frequently; they embody the non-conventional and somehow it works. Huge rough segments of bark with delicate roses in them are the sort of style typical of Florid displays.

Indoor/Outdoor
The Florid Bespoke with glass vase for $90 is lovely. The $110 Sculptural with glass vase is fabulous, and the $120 Classic with glass vase is wonderful too. Each arrangement is wonderful and unique and the vase that they come in is a time saver and something the recipient of the flowers is sure to appreciate.
It is intriguing to see items that are rough like huge parts of bark and interesting bone-dry native seedpods that look almost alien juxtaposed next to delicate roses and lilies. The interesting thing about this non-typical florist shop is the amazing variety of displays, including living orchards in beautiful and sturdy ceramic pots for sale.

Living Colour
They even sell cards that are artistic and classy and are conveniently on display at the counter for $6. Florid also have on offer some wonderfully sweet and luscious smelling candles that will last longer than the wonderful and impressive bouquet of flowers that you might want to order to impress whoever is lucky enough to receive them.
