Escape the Crayzy City for Crays on Flinders
It's on again! After the resounding success of the Inaugural 2018 Flinders Island Food and Crayfish Festival, some of Australia's best chefs will once again descend upon windswept remote Flinders Island, just off the Northeast tip of Tasmania to create a feast to showcase the Island's produce and more over four days. The highlight of the event, the Long Lunch, combines "Mother Nature" with "Human Nature" in one of the Island's most spectacular locations.
