A winter concert of many voices
The Fleurieu region is home to a large collective of singers who combine under the leadership of choirmaster Jonathon Waetford. Their repertoire is far reaching, with songs from 500 years ago to modern classics. There is something very uplifting about hearing many voices coming together in harmony.
The Fleurieu singers are presenting an afternoon of choral music spanning five centuries on Sunday, July 12th at 3pm at Willunga Uniting Church Hall. Their concerts are often at capacity, so be early! Entry is by donation.
The Fleurieu singers were formerly known as Singergy and are based in Aldinga. They perform locally at various venues including the Fleurieu Folk Festival and the Willunga Almond Blossom Festival. For more information contact Jonathon Waetford on 0478 539 577
