The free annual Flavours festival will again celebrate the diversity of food, traditions and culture from around the world. This year the festival will be held for the first time at Prahran Town Hall, and will feature an exciting range of food and craft stalls, demonstrations, workshops and performances. Browse the market stalls and get involved in some fun and creative workshops.
Check out the diverse range of dance and performances from across the globe, from African dance to Chinese Opera, Bosnian Folk dance to traditional Tibetan dance. They'll also be workshops by Japanese Shotokan Style Karate and for crafty types, artist Kat Gutierrez will be hosting a workshop in Mexican watercolour.
There's also plenty to see and do for the kids, with latern painting workshops being run by SmartArt. They'll also have the chance to learn La Tarantella: The Italian Spiders Dance inspired by Southern Italian folk music and dance. Fun face painting will also be on offer.
