This helpful book provides lots of easy to do activities and stretches for you to incorporate into your day to day lives. In the car, at home cleaning, at work - all places you can include these yoga-influenced moves. Learn about breathing and good karma while creating a stronger body with less stress and pain.

I have incorporated some of these moves into my daily routine and it's fabulous!
