[ADVERT]Fitzroy Falls offers a fantastic national park experience. The boardwalk ,which follows the natural meander along the creek through restored native bushland, takes you to a lookout at the top of the Falls (about 100 metres).
This is a popular location for bird watchers, in particular those wanting to see or hear a lyrebird singing or be dazzled by the vibrant colours of rosellas, lorikeets, and parakeets.

With its rainforest gullies, wildflowers, colourful array of birds and many native animals, Morton National Park is great place to stop for a picnic lunch or simply break your drive as the first waterfall is just 300 metres from the car parking area. All lookouts have high fencing making it very safe for children.
