The Fitness Show 2017 is on this weekend at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Held on October 21-22 it was formerly known as the Fitness and Health Expo. It is open from 9am - 5pm for industry professionals as well as the general public.

At this year's event, you can find the best trainers, nutritionists and fitness identities in the one place alongside the latest fitness products and classes you can't help but feel inspired.



The Fitness Show features specific zones to help guide you to tour specific health or fitness goal. These are:

- ACTIVE: for those interested in leading a healthy and active lifestyle;
- STRENGTH: for bodybuilding and strength training enthusiasts; and
- INDUSTRY: for those in the fitness and health industry interested in discovering new products, trends and meeting other like-minded professionals.

You'll have the chance to trial different products, listen to the industry experts, test out different clothing or fitness accessories and even try out different classes - such as train with fitness icons like Ashy Bines (which I'm going to attempt).



The Fitness Show is comprised of different areas of interest. These include:

- Healthy Living Stage: learn how to make nutritious and easy to prepare meals plus get tips on topics relating to mind, body and living a healthy lifestyle with guests like Lola Berry.
- The Arena: step outside your comfort zone and workout with celeb trainers including Tanya Poppett, Danielle Robertson and Dan Conn.



Other stages showcasing amazing muscles and physiques will be on display or competing at the Powerlifting Championships, Muscle Beach and the Muscle and Model Stage.
