An all level, fun workout for approximately 45 minutes. And those who can hang around for longer will meet for a coffee.

3. Wednesday Wellness at Coal Loader

Free Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Strength Training? Yes, please.

Head to Coal Loader platform to participate in your class of choice on Wednesdays. Please use this link to register.

Where: Coal Loader, 2 Balls Head Drive, Waverton

When: Every Wednesday 7:00 am to 7:45 am until 1st of April 2020.

4. Free Body Workout

Free fitness class for everyone, even those who have no gym experience.

A group of likeminded people will meet up at Wentworth park and keep each other motivated to burn calories and those extra kilos.

Where: Wentworth Park Rd. Glebe

When: Every Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am

5. Free Sunrise Yoga and Nepean River Walk

A group of Health and Fitness enthusiasts get together every Saturday morning at 8:00 am for Yoga and every Wednesday at 6:00 pm for Nepean River Walk (a full circuit of Nepean River loop which is approx. 7km)

You can use the above provided links to register your interest.

Where: Nepean River, opposite The Coffee Club

When: Yoga every Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, Nepean River Walk every Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
