The Fitness & Health Expo is back in Melbourne this weekend to help you see your fitness from a new perspective.
Running from Friday, April 29 until Sunday, May 1st the exhibition has something for everyone from gym junkies, nutrition nuts, or average humans simply interested in upping their fitness games.
Throughout the expo guests will get the chance to trial the latest in fitness equipment; gain tips from leading experts and athletes; compete in strength and endurance competitions; join-in group workouts and loads more.
Here's a run-down of the main events and highlights:
•Les Mills Live: Les Mills will also have a separate stage for their Les Mills Live world tour which will showcase their brand new and futuristic fitness class 'The Trip' - an immersive cycle class that uses digital projection, high-quality lasers, and lighting to create new worlds to ride in. The idea is to make participants forget they're exercising, thereby increasing the intensity of the workout, as they climb glacier's, chase other riders or sprint across lava flows!
The Trip studio will pop-up across the last two days of the expo and places are limited so click here to book tickets.
•Cross Fit competitions – see top Cross Fit athletes test their physical and mental strength through a range of cross functional training challenges.

In addition to main show highlights, there will be lots more to see and do across the 3-day expo such as the Precor Spotlight featuring demonstrations of their Queenax group training and suspension system (running every 30 minutes) and Netfit Netball Gym class There's also a Lorna Jane Active Wearhouse hosting a 60% off sale.
