1/ The PCYC in Nelson Bay have a range of social and exercise programs for adults, which includes table tennis, basketball, karate, netball, walking football and an Over 55's Fitness class. You need to join the PCYC prior to registering. See here for details.
2/ Anytime Fitness is a handy gym, located just opposite Salamander Square shopping centre. It has 24 hour access, friendly staff and it welcomes people of all ages and sizes. 3/ Zone Active is a popular indoor gymnastics and trampoline centre for kids, however they also offer adult classes for Silks, Stretch & Strength and Barre. See here for details.

4/ Nelson Bay Tennis Club welcome all new members to their club, for social play and competition. They have 8 courts, a BBQ area, shop and floodlit courts at night. They offer adult and ladies competitions, as well as social play. See here for details.
5/ FootGolf can be played at Horizons Golf Course at Salamander Bay - just get a few friends together and enjoy a round of golf - with a soccer ball! Kick your ball to the large "holes" on the fairways and try and beat your friends! This course hosted the Yamaha FootGolf Asia Cup in 2019. See here for details.
6/ Rock Climbing is available at Toboggan Hill Park for 2 hours sessions, if you take a friend to work with you as a partner. They have climbs to suit beginners to advanced climbers.
