In the lead up to ANZAC Day, Fit For Freedom will be hosting a Triathalon and Family Fun Day on Sunday 21st April at Penrith Lakes Regatta Centre.

Fit For Freedom is an initiative of The Australian Defence Force Assistance Trust. The Trust helps members of the defence community to meet their financial commitments, in cases of death or disability while serving for Australia.

On Sunday you can celebrate our freedom and help raise funds for the trust by participating in The Family Fun Day and/or Triathalon. From 7.30am to 10.30am there will be triathalon events to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Then, from 10am to 2pm, enjoy fun activities like face painting, a jumping castle and sack races.
