Do you know someone who doesn't like fish because it's too... fishy? Do your children just eat the chips? Worry no more, because everyone will have to love eating fish and chips at Fish in a Flash.

[ADVERT]Located at 749 Centre Road Bentleigh East (right at the T-junction), it is among the best fish and chips I have ever had. I have tried some in Brisbane, some in Victoria, but I get "dizzy" after eating half a piece (it's a good excuse for us who don't like fish!). However, at Fish in a Flash I finished the whole piece, and even want some more. The batter is nice, very crunchy, and the fish, prawns and calamari are extremely fresh.

You can either dine in or take away. Be sure to try the combo Fish Basket. For $19.90 for two people, it has chips (quite a lot), two "fish of the day", four calamari rings, four prawn cutlets, four scallops, and lemon and tartare sauce if you're interested.

Definitely worth a try.
