Tiffany and Kendal #FirstWorldWhiteGirls
If you despise Barbies and trophy wives, or wish you were a Gold Coast day time drinker with a reality television addiction then see First World White Girls.
We've all met 'Tiffany's' and 'Kendall's' - maybe they are your friends, or worse your relatives; high maintenance silicon infused cashed-up bogans with a degree from the Kim Kardashian School of Narcissism with hair extensions to boot. But, there is something quite likeable about these two ladies and this show.
Firstly they have 'perfect pitch' legit register the envy of GLEE followers and beautiful harmonies. Secondly, they pull these chicks off so convincingly you almost want to take them home, buy them 'trackies' and integrate them into a developing country.
From horrendous stories of waxing beavers to caffeine enemas you will laugh from South Yarra to Noosa at the 'ugliness' and despair; these people actually exist - for what purpose, we're not quite sure.
If there is a moral to this show, then I guess it would be that deep down inside each of us - there is a First World Attitude that occasionally erupts in unsuspecting moments and often in public places.
Feminism? No. FOMO? Plenty.
It's time to Reign it in Melbourne. See this show, lock up your daughters and run home school.
