What women go through
First For Women is a superb magazine meant just for women and popular all over the United States.

In Summary

The front cover always highlights a specific diet surrounded by a ton of others. For example, I own a copy from April 17, 2017, which highlights "Heal Your Liver Lose Your Belly". Then, the diet is surrounded by "No More Tiredness", "Happy Every Day", "So Long Stress", to begin with.

As you glance through, there are photos of modeling actresses showing who looks best. Sometimes, the magazine shows who has the best hairstyle, the best clothing or the best lips, etc.

There are pages of recipes according to the season, whether Spring, Summer, Christmas, Easter, etc.

In Opinion

I like everything about First For Women. All of its diets and home remedies are worth giving a chance. Not all are going to work for everyone, but one may be found and work for someone. Yes?

The magazine was full of detail and easy to follow. If you are tired of the pounds fluctuating, mix it up a bit with some First For Women magazine suggestions.
