Fior di Latte Gelateria has a new pink chocolate shaped door on the style of Willy Wonka. Behind the door, there is a lot going on, like making fresh ice cream, baking mouthwatering cookies and preparing all the rows and rows of creamy and flavoursome gelato that is displayed in the glass cabinet.



Fior di Latte is located in Mooloolaba Wharf, overlooking the marina. This is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious ice cream or refreshing milkshake and sit down in the outdoor area.





There are many flavours of ice creams to choose, from the classic Vanilla and Chocolate to decadent Passionfruit Curd, Meringue and Fior di Latte gelato, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Banoffi and many more intriguing flavours. For adults, there is Campari and Orange gelato, a real flavour to die for! Think a frosty, fresh and creamy ice cream bursting with flavour - ideal in any season!

Fior di Latte means Milk Flower, which is the name of the base of the ice cream made of milk. Fior di Latte prepares all the ice creams on the premises using fresh, natural and seasonal fruits. All the biscuits are also baked on site. Fior di Latte uses Eumundi milk, from the Sunshine Coast, because of its great taste, creamy flavour and consistent texture.



The pastel coloured walls of Fior di Latte are reminiscent of ice cream colours. A trip to Mooloolaba won't be completed without an ice cream from Fior di Latte!





This place is into sustainability, sourcing the ingredients locally, reducing the food mileage and using seasonal products. The cups and spoons are made of biodegradable bamboo and the spoon is made from sugar cane.





You can have your ice cream at the Wharf or you can take it home to enjoy with your family and friends.





Our experience at Fior di Latte was very positive and sweet. My partner had a milkshake and the only bad thing about it was when it finished. I ordered a coffee ,since I need my daily dose of caffeine. We sat down in front of the marina, the place was very enjoyable in the outdoor area.
