While at the doctors I overheard a conversation about the delicious cakes at the 'gluten free place.' Naturally I had to know more. Off I went to check it out. "Get the lemon, coconut cupcake with the white icing" said the receptionist as I left.

Sadly there were no cupcakes left. In fact, the display case had a few bare shelves - an obvious testament to the popularity of the missing items.

I managed to console myself with a gluten free, dairy free brownie. It was fabulous... really fresh, a bit lighter than an average brownie, which I thought was a plus.

There was a good range of meals offered and the salads looked yummy and interesting. Everything is freshly cooked daily and is mostly organic, seasonal and additive free.

The service was friendly and apologies were offered for the delay - which was only a couple of minutes. Aren't we all impatient?

The cafe itself was clean light and airy with plenty of tables. Tall, healthy looking plants added to the vibe. There were even herb gardens outside.

Situated on the top part of Moggill Rd where the road divides, you need to watch for the side road which leads to parking underneath. Turn left at McInroy Street.

I highly recommend this cafe whether you have dietary requirements or not.
