Roti Tossing, Noodle Slurping Fun
Celebrate Diversity, by experiencing the sights, sounds, tastes and aroma of Malaysia, at Federation Square!

A family friendly, free outdoor festival, Fiesta Malaysia promises a broad range of activities to ensure there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The day long program includes traditional dances and performances; activities including batik painting and henna painting; a house of culture where visitors can learn about Malaysian heritage; teaching workshops to learn how to play traditional games such as mahjong and congkak; and challenges to win prizes. Try your skills in durian eating, noodle slurping and roti canai tossing challenges!

And to tempt your tastebuds and fill your stomach, fifteen participating restaurants, including Killiney Kopitiam and Mamak will be serving up traditional street fair for purchase.

The festival is on Saturday May 9th, from 11am until 5.30pm. For more information, visit
