If you're searching for a way to learn the art of fabric printing or just interested to pick up a new craft, Fictive Fingers may just be the right place. A boutique handprinted textile house operated by sisters Hani and Aisah Dalduri, the company offers handmade products like cushions, pouches, Furoshiki and hand-printed textiles. Fictive Fingers has also been conducting basic and advanced fabric printing classes with various organisations around Singapore as well as at its studio in Crawford Lane. . This small-group class allows you to learn the basic principles of screen printing. You will design simple motifs and turn them into patterns on fabric. All basic materials are provided and all you need to do is prepare black and white images or drawings that you would like to use as patterns.

Patterns with Yarn Class
In addition to hand-printing techniques, you can choose to learn the art of using yarns to create patterns. In this small group class, you will try your hands at creating your own art pieces. Some sewing is involved but no prior experience is needed. All basic materials are provided but feel free to bring some fabric remnants of your own liking.

This class makes use of Singapore sunny weather in the creation of hand-printed textiles. You will learn how to use this light-sensitive technique to create your own art pieces.
Basic materials are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own photo references as inspiration. Due to the possibility of sudden downpours, the class may be postponed.
