If your tired of the same old breakfast menu of bacon and eggs perhaps you should try this cafe in Mt.Lawley, which has a more expansive and spicy range of options.
Fez Cafe has a menu with Continental, French, Mediterranean and Moroccan influences.
Outside as well as inside dining options
Our party of three arrived early and chose to sit outside although the interior was very warm and inviting.
Of course, coffee is the first test and I was impressed with the depth of flavour in my long mac. The cafe serves Five Senses coffee which is as I discovered, a family owned brand which sources its beans from around the world and roasts the beans in Rockingham WA.
Anyway, I indulged in a Spanish omelette which had mild chorizo and my wife had spicy mushroom, fetta, baked beans with harissa sauce and olive ciabatta. The other had a standard scrambled eggs with bacon. The option of gluten free bread was also appreciated.
Spanish omelette with spicy chorizo, cheese and mint cherry tomatoes
We were all happy with our meals and the service was also attentive and prompt.
The cafe is located at 83 Walcott St, Mt Lawley and breakfast is available daily from 7 - 11.45am and lunch 12-3pm daily. Spice it up and try Fez.
