The Biggest Weekend of the Year
For most of the year there is a complete absence of fetes and festivals and then, on a single weekend, Perth erupts into what can only be described as the biggest weekend of the year.

The last weekend in October traditionally has more action than any other, so how can you know which fetes you should visit?

Festival weekend is all about having fun with the kids

Wembley Downs District Fair
Co-ordinated by the 1st Wembley Downs Scout Group, the District fair brings together a number of community, sporting and school groups from within the area to create an enormous free event with a range of stalls and entertainment.

There is always a side-show with plenty of rides for the kids, variety stalls, bands and performers, a petting zoo, food stalls and plenty of fun for the whole family.

When: Saturday 26th October, 8.30am-3.30pm
Where: Luita Street Reserve, Wembley Downs
Email enquiries: mjag@aapt.net.au or reason@westnet.com.au
