The talented chefs at Four Points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands have crafted spectacular festive feasts that will delight your friends and family this Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Enjoy a 3-course traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, plus a few surprises on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day for just $69 pp. And if you want to ring in the New Year in style, the chefs have prepared an elegant 3-course menu showcasing the finest seasonal produce. The price is an affordable $79 pp.

Confit of Duck with fresh berries, citrus segments and cointreau jus

Pan-fried Crab Cakes with chilli remoulade, petit herb salad

Cauliflower Rosti with tabouleh with tomato & cilantro relish



Lamb Shank with hasselback potatoes. lemon roasted zucchini, butternut squash

Turkey Roulade and spiced brussel sprouts with portobello, garlic smashed potatoes

Festive Apricot Honey Glazed Ham with potato onion gratin, silver beets and pan-roasted vegetables

Roasted Provencal Vegetable Tian with garlic herb baby potatoes, haricot verts with shallots



Snowman Pate-Choux filled with egg nog pastry cream, coated with white chocolate and served on a bed of crumble

Christmas tree - cherry compote with vanilla Bavarian served on a bed of chocolate crumble

Christmas Ornament - Christmas pudding and cherry jelly with a white chocolate and brandy Bavarian
