Dig into a delicious menu of sweet delights like Black forest Christmas baubles, Gingerbread Mousse with almond joconde sandwich, and Pistachio Wreath with lemon olive oil sponge and basil gel – and of course a festive take on the classic scone with vanilla nutmet and rosemary, served with jam and cream.
Sip the afternoon away on a selection of TBAR tea and barista-made coffee, champagne or cocktails like the First White Christmas– made with Absolut vanilla vodka, Frangelico, Macadamia nut orgeat and aromatic bubble.
DJs will take to the decks on Saturday afternoons from 2PM till late to bring the festive vibes to life.
There will also be a Holiday High Tea on Christmas Day featuring the festive high tea delicacies alongside an endless 2hr festive cocktails package (featuring the SPRITZMAS - Chandon Garden Spritz, Grapefruit Gin, Cranberry Syrup, Lime Reduction, Rosemary), and live DJ music from 11am - 5pm.
