Make some handmade food and gourmet food
Handmade gifts are often something that the giftee is thrilled at receiving. To make something by hand requires quite a lot of work and it always turns out something that you will not see again. Each person puts their own entry onto something they are making and makes it turn out how they actually want it to.
Now it is time to start with the spirit of handcrafted Christmas gifts, made with wholefood, essential oils and of course, love!
About this Event
Kirsty is from Instinctive Vitality and I and will be facilitating their popular Festive Gift Making Workshops.
The event will be held on Saturday 23rd November 2019 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and the venue will be at Mrs Nutritious Kitchen at a private Avalon home. The cost will be $106.60 and you can buy this lesson/course at this link.
You will make and take home five beautiful gifts, all made with ethically sourced, quality ingredients. While you are creating home-crafted gifts in the easy company of like-minded individuals, you will be able to fill your cups with viable and delight gift-giving, and not fast-paced spending. Often that is how products that you buy will turn out at this time of year as there are so many made now.
The gifts this year will be suitably infused with native Australian ingredients such as things like lemon myrtle, macadamia, native plum, wattleseed and tea tree.
Some of the things that you can make at this course will be delicious infused oils which can be used as a dressing and dippings. Possibly you can also make some handmade dark chocolate with native plum, macadamia and cacao nibs as well as sweet delights which would be great gifts and suitable for aromatic body care gifts!
Once you have made your creations, you will be able to go home with all the gifts beautifully prepared and ready for giving or keeping for yourself. The recipes and all the know-how and how to recreate these presents and delights in your own home will be all ready for Christmas Day celebrations.
A good idea would be to put some away after the lesson as they would be useful for teachers, friends and neighbours who seem to have everything and for people who are hard to find gifts for. Other things that you could create would be wheat and lavender pillows, essential oil blends or beautiful DoTerra products to take home.
It would also be a good idea to bring a bag where you can keep the food as the weather is getting hotter and we need to keep the food cool enough.
