Foodies and truffle enthusiasts alike are sure to be delighted by Mode Kitchen & Bar's exquisite Festival of Truffle. Winter has well and truly set in and with it comes the harvest of this world celebrated ingredient.
Diners can treat themselves to a seasonal menu that highlights the uniqueness and delicacy that is synonymous with truffles.
The three-course set menu is $90/person and features some of chef Francesco Mannelli's exclusive truffle dishes. Diners can choose from starters such as seared scallops, celeriac, roasted hazelnut crumb & truffle. For main, the options are equally delicious but the risotto acquerello, parmigiano & fresh truffle sounds especially divine. Think truffles are purely savoury? Then prepare to be intrigued by a truffle floating island for dessert!
Mode Kitchen & Bar is located at The Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney and the truffle menu can be enjoyed every day from 12pm until 10pm. The Festival of Truffle runs from Monday 17 June until August Saturday 17 August 2019.
