The Audi Festival of German Films 2013 is now on and is being held in selected cinemas in Sydney, Byron Bay, Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, and Perth.

Presented by the Goethe-Institut in association with German Films, screening partner Palace Cinemas, and with the support of Audi, the Audi Festival of German Films 2013 showcases a diverse selection of modern German cinema.

Some of this year's programme highlights include Bliss from filmmaker Doris Dorrie (Cherry Blossoms), Breathing, directed by actor Karl Markovics (The Counterfeiters), Dreileben Trilogy, directed by three of Germany's leading filmmakers, Christian Petzold, Dominik Graf and Christoph Hochhäusler and Two Lives, from writer/director Georg Maas, who is one of this year's international guests.
