So, if you haven't planned anything yet, why not head out for this occasion, and enjoy the night with friends or family. It's a great way to share a moment with people you love, and remember the moment with this event.

As always, Perth's buildings, streets and walkways will be decorated in this season. New decorations have been added to the installation, including a series of overhead decorations on King Street and in West Perth. Of course, not to forget, the 13 meter high Christmas tree will be set up on Forrest Place for everyone to see.

This year's Festival of Christmas will cover over 15 events all over Perth, such as:

12 days of Christmas Trail: follow the trail to countdown the 12 days before Christmas, and find your way through the City's malls and laneways to discover Christmas performances, special displays and gifts.
Twilight Hawkers Market: taste food from around the world at this little night market set up on Forrest Place every Friday night this season.
Friday Night Christmas Entertainment: After eating at the market, sit down and enjoy the Christmas carols offered to you.
Christmas Sunday Bands: enjoy live performances from local Western Australian bands on Sunday afternoons in Forrest Place.
Twilight Christmas Picnic in the Park: Head to East Perth for a funfair including free kids rides, live music, and visits from Santa.

There are many more events and families can be sure to be entertained at this special time of the year.
