I just LOVE the Butter chicken pie that I discovered by happy accident one day at a Fergussons Plarre bakehouse.

Being a big fan of Butter Chicken I was sceptical when hearing that they had indeed turned my favorite dish into a pie. But indeed they have and indeed it is as good as people say.

With plenty of large chunks of chicken and lots of onion (at least in the ones I have got my hands on so far) the pies are full to bursting with ingredients. The Butter Chicken sauce is plentiful and I would suggest asking for a knife, fork and plate if eating at the tables provided as there is a lot of sauce. If taking away, I suggest lots of serviettes and/or be very careful as it can get messy (though very tasty!)

The Butter Chicken sauce is not spicy, but is mild with a bit of a kick and a little bit of a sweetness to it, I am not one for spicy food and I can eat this so I (and my taste buds) am happy.
