As women, we need to embrace our feminine power. Learn to be receptive, authentic, nurturing, creative and intuitive but also learn how to retain our energy to nurture ourselves. Quite often, we go through different experiences in life losing touch with who we are as individuals. We take on different roles; carer, giver or counsellor. Wonderful qualities to have, but not at the risk of sacrificing who you are as a person. We can be consumed by caring for others, losing track of what we need in life to feel fulfilled. We might have dreams that we just don't feel we can achieve due to lack of energy or believing in ourselves.

If you could find ways to tap back into your energy centre and evolve into your true potential a workshop like this might give you the incentive you need to make positive changes.

Sze Wing has a corporate background as an economist, coach, speaker and writer in the field of personal development and spirituality. She empowers women and entrepreneurs to fully tap into their power creating a life they truly desire. Her experience has led her to present in Australia and Asia a range of workshops on personal development, feminine power, goddess archetypes, soul-mate relationships, intuition and more recently "How to start and grow purpose driven spiritually based businesses". She is not only beautiful but obviously smart. You can learn more about Sze Wing Vetault through her website goddessarchetypes.com

Myola Woods, an Erotic Coach who supports women from all shapes and sizes, ages and walks of life to master the art of connection and feminine sensuality. She teaches people to be the best they can be in their intimate life. Myola believes it is important to know our own bodies and learn how to relate to our partners in an erotic sense at the same time using clear communication skills. Her qualifications as a Certified Sexological Bodyworker enables her to assist people to become more aware of their bodies, achieve greater sexual and erotic experiences with themselves and partners. Her method is providing information, exercises, teaching massage movements to increase awareness of sensation and pleasure in the body.

Today's 4 hour workshop would focus on drawing on the ancient wisdom from greek mythologies and applying them with modern feminine psychological perspectives in combination with erotic teaching.

The scene for the workshop was located inside an old Church in Newtown. This church was peaceful shining with natural light. There also happened to be a resident bird high up in the eaves of the church busily chirping a welcome.

Sze Wing Vetault has her own presence; angelic in features, her translucent skin glows from pending motherhood. Her happiness is infectious while she introduces herself and gives a brief overview of the program. Next was Myola Woods. I wasn't sure what to expect an erotic coach to be like, however Myola's had a lovely open face that was instantly calming. Her natural ease made all of us relaxed rather than embarrassed about exploring our sexuality.

Sze Wing and Myola explained that on this occasion it was their first collaboration as joint coaches. They generally provide their own courses but thought the combination of both areas would be a benefit in enabling feminine power and connection. Our first exercise required all to form two circles, an inner and outer circle. We then moved around to greet each other while also doing a few deep breathing relaxation exercises. This was an interesting way to start the workshop and a good ice breaker.

Sze Wing presented a good overview of Greek mythology and discussed in depth ways each of the Goddesses in her group of 6 could relate to different phases in a woman's life. She also encouraged us to look into ourselves and try to recognise certain traits or patterns that might be blocking us from being the best version of ourselves.

After a short break, Myola asked us to find a comfortable seat or lay on the floor to begin a form of meditation and visualisation. This I found difficult. I found this slightly uncomfortable due to having had previous back surgery a year ago. The hard timber floor wasn't ideal for me and I had already been sitting too long. Possibly the addition of floor matting or yoga mats for future workshops could aid in helping some awkward ones like myself to reach a meditative state. At times while enduring, I thought of the monks in retreats. If they can do it for days I could for 25 minutes! I admit I have never been good at meditating. It was quite a challenge to relax even with the seductive voice of Myola. Looking around the room, I could see that some were feeling the full benefit. Either asleep in a chair or almost levitating from the floor in blissful relaxation.

Again, we all discussed our experiences of the meditative visualisation and what Goddesses came to mind. This was to help us find our Goddess archetype. Each goddess archetype from Sze Wing's group represented a set of instincts, interest and personality traits that each could tap into.

The day continued with more discussions, several meditation exercises and helpful guidance from Myola. Each person went away with either an awakening of knowing what they already had within or the tools to develop their inner Goddess to forge better connections intimately and in all areas of their life.

If you don't feel a workshop is for you, then you can visit the website for an online Goddess course or organise come coaching with Sze Wing.

The same goes for Erotic coaching with Myola; check out her website to buy an online erotic program or contact her online for further information.
