Federation Square is running free early morning boxing and circuit training as well as a lunchtime class for stretching on Thursdays three times a week as part of Fed Square: FIT! This new program is run by professional personal trainers and classes include boxing, guided stretching and circuit training. On Tuesdays and Fridays, there are the gentler Tai Chi and Health Qigong classes.
Here is the program:
Tuesdays: Boxing 6am-7am. Do high impact drills on bags and more! (28 January to 30 April) Tai Chi 7:30am-8:30am. Exercise your mind, body and soul in an inspiring location to start your week.
Wednesdays: HIIT Circuit Training 7am-7:40am. Full body workout to get your heart pumping! (28 January to 28 April)
Thursdays: Stretching 12:30pm to 1:15pm. Relax and unwind with a guided stretching routine during your lunchtime. 30 January to 30 April) Fridays: 8 am -9 am Health Qigong. Exercise your mind, body and soul.
