FEAST is back, and it's bigger than ever before! This year Feast wants you to Indulge all of your senses - through food, wine, art, music, film, cabaret, parties and so much more! Hitting off on the 15th of November, Feast Festival is starting up again for it's biggest program on offer yet!

Feast Festival Adelaide 2014

Starting back in 1997, Feast began as a small community event for the LBGTIQ people of Adelaide. Now, 18 years on, Feast Festival 2014 is a fully curated event, the largest of its kind in South Australia! The program this year is set to engage Adelaidians to Indulge on everything Feast has to offer. This year's Feast Ambassador is Olympic and Commonwealth gold medallist Matthew Mitcham, who will be performing in his own show - Twists and Turns, which won best Cabaret performance at the Perth Fringe festival last year. Other performances will be available from international, interstate and local South Australian acts.

We recommend Picnic in the Park at Pinky Flat for newcomers, this is an event for the whole family. There will be plenty for everyone to do including a bouncy castle, face painting and volleyball for the kids and tug-of-war and a mechanical bull ride for the adults. Food will be supplied by our favourite vans in Adelaide - Fork in the Road. There'll also be a bar available with icy cold beer, cider and wine! November weather should make this a great day outdoors, with entertainment, music and the Feast Dog Show also available on the day. Entry is only $10, and will be held on November 30th from 11-6pm at Pinky Flat, Corner war Memorial Drive and Montefiore Road, Adelaide. There will also be a Picnic After Party held just across the road on the corner of Morphett St and North Tce at Feast INDULGE Lounge in the Lion Arts Courtyard.

Bob Downe will also be in Adelaide for 2 nights only! He is bringing along new comedy act - Bob, Sweat & Tears, which he describes as "...a roller coaster ride of shocks, new frocks, fabulous music, surprise guests and the usual laugh a minute. Get in first before Today Tonight or A Current Affair bash down my door!"

This is just a taste of what Feast's Festival 2014 Indulge has to offer. Make sure you check out the program, which you can download here or to purchase tickets to any of the events click here.

It's great to see a festival grow to this size for the LBGTIQ community of South Australia, especially being fully curated for the first time. We can't wait to support Feast and report back on some of the awesome events they have on offer!
