You need a bit of an extraordinary setting for a set as extraordinary as Fawltie Towers Tribute show. I am of that generation, raised on Black Adder, Fawlty Towers, and Monty Python, they were the comedy programmes which everyone loved to watch and then quote anywhere and everywhere.
Who hasn't heard the lovely Manuel saying his famous "Que ?"with a twist of his head and a very quizzical look. Well if all this speaks volumes to you there is an evening of entertainment coming up which you might not be able to pass up.
It all happens in the famous Bungunyah Manor Resort on Tamborine Mountain. - this is oldest establishment in Tambourine and we had the joy of staying there one year in September when all the Xmas decorations were already up and dazzling all the guests.
Some of the rooms are all idiosyncratic suites with themes, one of ours was the Elvis Presley room, complete with the Crooner's picture looking down at you while you sleep. Most rooms have an old world charm about them with a real fireplace for those colder evenings. Its quirky and fun and of course the Tamborine area is full of wonderful day time activities like wine tasting or hiking or even bird watching.
Now the evenings will be full of entertainment as well as the Manor will host
