An interesting event will take place in Ballarat, from 23 to 26 November 2017. The Fashion For Funerals Concept Show was created by local designer Kat Pengelly, from
Koshka, when she had no coping strategies for grief after her mother's death from cancer.
Death is an ignored destiny we all will face - Fashion For Funerals is embracing it by holding a multi-media theatrical fashion parade.
Kat will be collaborating with a crew of master creators to present her current collection, Fashion for Funerals – Putting the FUN into Funerals. Inspirations include Blood Cells, Black Diamonds and the Danse Macabre.

Five fashion parades featuring the works will take place on 23, 24 and 25 November at 8.00pm and the matinee sessions will take place on 25 and 26 November at 2.00pm. You can book your tickets
here. 10% of show profits are being donated to the
Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute.
Pre-and post show, you'll be able to purchase pieces from the Koshka fashion collection, designer shoes by Preston Zly and fashion accessories by Bird & Blossom.
The courtyard adjoining the theatre will be set to enjoy a signature cocktail, DJs and on display will be a 1925 Hudson Hearse.
