Parramatta Gaol Blues
As a part of Sydney Festival 2015, Australian singer-songwriter Tex Perkins and his band the Tennessee Four, along with Rachel Tidd will bring the Folsom Prison Blues to Parramatta Gaol.

The now decommissioned gaol will bear a stage in the exercise yard to recreate Johnny Cash's 1968 performances at California's Folsom Prison.

With Perkin's baritone crooning tracks from the legendary Cash's live album 'At Folsom Prison' accompanied by the June Carter-esque vocals of Rachel Tidd, this is a musical experience not to be missed.

There are three shows over January 16th, 17th and 18th, with tickets starting at $44 available here. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The shows are outdoor events, and beginning at 8:30pm, attendees can enjoy good music, nostalgic vibes and a beautiful Sydney twilight.
