Noted to be the first ice cream parlour in Adelaide that uses liquid nitrogen to make their products, Fancy Ices is a great place to go to enjoy a unique experience. After you have placed your order, you get to see the staff prepare your selected flavour right before your eyes. The flavours that you can choose range from "normal" ones such as Salted Caramel to more unusual ones such as Maple & Sea Salt.

Made with freshly brewed espresso, the Iced Latte Ice Cream looks very much like its namesake. The coffee flavour was of the strength that we desired and the topping of whipped cream helped to balance out the bitter taste of the coffee.

Taking its name from a United States treat that is typically made over a campfire, the S'mores Ice Cream has quite a unique presentation of toasted marshmallow over chocolate ice cream. While the marshmallow topping can make the ice cream a bit difficult to eat, it had the right amount of sweetness which was a perfect partner to the chocolate ice cream whose flavour is somewhat similar to milk chocolate.

The décor of the place had a bit of a modern feel and there are a few tables available should you decide to eat there. If you want to enjoy the experience of seeing ice cream getting prepared in an unusual way, consider giving Fancy Ices a visit.
