In the third event in its series of Chef Collab Sunday lunches, Fancy Hanks, renowned for its American slow cooked barbecue-style food, is hosting Ross Magnaye, head chef of Asian fusion restaurant Rice Paper Scissors. Magnaye will bring his blend of Thai, Vietnamese and Filipino cuisine to Fancy Hanks two-tonne smoker, to create a unique set of dishes for this event.
Fancy Hanks X Rice Paper Scissors will take place between 12 noon and 4pm on Sunday 21st May. Tickets are $60 plus booking fee - BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
