Get Out and Plant Trees Australia Needs It
This year Planet Ark will be celebrating twenty years of National Tree Day and Schools Tree Day - Australia's largest community tree-planting and nature care event. There will be many events around the state enabling people to have fun and plant trees.

One event will be at Tarradarrapin Creek, where already the mulch is spread and the holes dug. Bushcare needs volunteers to support the celebration and help plant 1000 native habitat plants along the creek. There are a number of activities to keep everyone happy including a FREE Indigenous workshop, a sausage sizzle and displays.

There will be certificates for the children who assist with the planting, along with Lucky Door Prizes.

So join the team at Judy Holt Park. Just past the Waste Station at Birdkale off Old Cleveland Road, and participate in the fun of planting trees.
