Visit Knox Leisureworks this Sunday 22nd October for a frolicking fun family day from 11am - 3pm.

Remember to pack your cozzie, towel and fitness gear. The enormous complex is opening its doors for free so families can check out the facilities which include:

- a 50m indoor pool for serious lap swimmers
- leisure pool with beach entry for splashing, water sprays and bubble blowers
- 80m indoor water slide
- child frog slide for children of all ages (yes I have had a go)
- program pool for birthday parties and swimming lessons
- 10 x 15 warm water pool at 34 degrees with ramp access
- unheated 20m outdoor pool
- shaded infant pool
- load of green grass to lounge on
- BBQ area
- creche facilities so you can get your fitness on while the kids are well cared for.
- a cafe for a coffee and a bite to eat before you pick up the kids from the creche
- Les Mills Virtual group fitness classes

On Sunday, the inflatable play equipment used for pool parties will be up and there is bound to be a long queue for the 80m indoor water slide.

Popcorn and a sausage sizzle will be available at a small cost or pack your own picnic basket to enjoy on the lawn.
