As its name, Family Crust Bakery serves family-friendly pies, salad rolls, sandwiches and fresh bread as well as a good range of sweets, starting from baked cakes and pastries, as well as coffee and cold drinks. They also take orders for birthday cakes and food platters for functions.


Located at 10 Mellefont Street, Gladstone, Family Crust Bakery has plenty of choices of pies but the best one is their Chilli pies. All pies have crunchy crusts. It will be very messy, but each bite of the crust will be guaranteed very crunchy and fresh.


Open from 4.30 am each day and closed by 5 pm on Monday to Friday, while on Saturday will be open until 2 pm, and on Sunday plus public holidays it will be closed by 1pm.
