Experience the Niagara Falls both by day and by night. Once dusk sets in, you can witness the falls transforming into a light masterpiece. It is just incredible to see. The illumination is created with LED lighting technology housed in the Illumination Tower, on the Table Rock Centre and in the Niagara Gorge. These lights are financed by The Niagara Falls Illumination Board.
Falls Illumination is on all year round from approximately 5pm in winter and 8pm in summer. A detailed schedule is available on its website. If you're interested in seeing special colours lighting the falls, then note the various significant dates in your diary. For example, the 11th of November marks Remembrance Day and the falls will be lit in red every hour for 15 minutes. A full list of dates is available on its website.
