1. Taste Riverina
When: 1-31 October 2017
Where: Various locations across the Riverina region

Details: Taste Riverina is a massive foodie event not to miss out on! The event will feature a celebration and experience of locally produced food with a range of produce, agricultural tours, cooking classes, food treks, dinners, café specials, recipe competitions, local festivals, entertainment, degustation menus, picnics, live music and much more. 2. Kidtopia
When: 6-8 October 2017: 10am-8pm
Where: Parramatta Park, Parramatta
Cost: Adults: $15pp, Adult with unlimited rides pass: $40pp, Children (5-17yrs): $10pp or children with unlimited rides pass $35pp, Children under 4 free and unlimited rides pass pre-book price: $25pp.

4. Burwood Festival
When: 8 October 2017: 11am-6pm
Where: Burwood Park, Burwood

Details: The festival is Sydney's Inner West largest free community event which will feature a celebration of the area's rich culture and diversity and bring in the start of spring. 12. Granny Smith Festival
When: 21 October 2017: 9am-8:30pm
Where: Eastwood Town Centre & Oval, Rowe St, Eastwood
Cost: Free
Details: This festival is a celebration of the life and legacy of one of the regions most famous citizens: Maria Ann Smith, aka Granny Smith, who back in 1868 'accidentally' grew the first batch of the little green apples that bear her name and are now grown all over the world. The festival began in 1985 and is now regarded as one of Sydney's largest street festivals!
