[ADVERT]What better way to see out the lazy late summer weekends of February than chillaxing to free dance and music from 5-7.30pm on a Sunday eve? The Fairfield Amphitheatre overlooks the Yarra River and has played host to outdoor events since it was first built in 1985. Before they morphed into its steps, the bluestone once lined the gutters and kerbs of the surrounding area. The bluestone was originally mined from the local quarry (which itself morphed into the tip, and then became All Nations Park).

The amphitheatre sits beautifully within Fairfield Park on the banks of the Yarra and is accessible by bike or walking via the Main Yarra Trail. Or catch the train - it's five minutes from Fairfield Station.

BYO rug or cushion. Food is available from the on-site kiosk.

Produced by #gsc .tab=0">Multicultural Arts Victoria and presented by the City of Yarra.
