"Australia's Finest Burgers", so the tagline goes. And that's just what they serve. Australia's finest burgers. For a good priced, decent burger it is hard to go past FAB which is set against the backdrop of Hillarys Boat Harbour. On Tuesday nights burgers are basically flying out the door, but if you go on any other night they are worth the seemingly cheap prices.

If you've got young kids this place is perfect (not that it wasn't perfect for a couple of young adults). The table cloth doubles and a sketch pad and just to entice you there is a set of coloured markers on each table to coax you out of your hesitance to write on the table. It keeps the kids (or 19-year-olds!) entertained for the entire meal so you can enjoy a lovely cider and burger in peace.

My money is on the Satay chicken burger but if your a traditionalist they have a range of beef burgers, steak sandwiches and for the vegos there is a gorgeous grilled haloumi burger. And if your game, ask for cheddar cheese melted on your chips. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
