Exercise Study for Knee Pain

Researchers from the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at The University of Melbourne are seeking volunteers Australia-wide to take part in a new study evaluating whether a mobile app will help people with knee osteoarthritis achieve better outcomes over the long-term after completing a short course of physiotherapy.All participants will receive:2 x consults with a physiotherapistAn individualised strengthening exercise programEducational and exercise resourcesAll at NO COST!If you are aged over 45 years, have had knee pain on most days of at least the past three months and regularly use a smartphone, then you may be eligible to participate in this research trial.For more information and to register your interest, please visit the study website: www.mappkostudy.com.au Questions?
