Researchers from the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at The University of Melbourne are seeking volunteers with hip pain to test the effects of two 9-month exercise programs on hip osteoarthritis symptoms.
Participants will receive free physiotherapy consultations, an individualised home exercise program, a full body composition scan, a hip x-ray and a Garmin Vivosmart 4 to wear for three months.
If you are aged over 50 years and have had hip pain on most days of the past month, you may be eligible to take part.
