Take your pick from two lunches or an evening meal
1. YOUNG CHEF'S LUNCH Jed Gerrard is the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Wildflower and this renown chef, with the help of up and coming young chefs of Perth, will cook up very special food for this lunchtime event.
Chef Gerrard and these rising new stars will be at the Wildflower Restaurant and this is at a Perth CBD rooftop space on COMO, The Treasury's fourth floor.
Together, these chefs will be inventing a lunch you will not easily forget, and each dish served will also come complemented with a suitable wine.
Following the lunch, the Young Chefs will be joined by Gerrard in a Q & A session, and you can learn more about the Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year Award.
This award challenges chefs under the age of 30 to make that extra effort and past winners of this prestigious award include Kylie Millar of Attica (Melbourne), Mitch Orr of ACME (Sydney) and Lauren Eldridge, head pastry chef of the Van Haandel Group.
If you are a member of Citi VIPs, you will receive a welcome drink, a meet and greet with the chefs and you will receive a copy of the 2018 Good Food Guide.
The lunch will be held on Saturday 17th March, 2018 at the Wildflower, Level 4, Como the Treasury, 1 Cathedral Avenue, Perth, at 2.30 pm and will cost $150 per person plus transaction fees. You can make your bookings here.
2. BILLIE H. - CLAREMONT LUNCH
Billie H. is a Claremont iconic wine bar and bistro and they were awarded "one Chefs Hat" in the 2018 Good Food Guide.
Billie H. will now be participating in "Good Food's - Let's Do Lunch", and will be putting on a fabulous tasting menu with a glass of wine, and this will be on twice during the month of March.
Their menu is subject to seasonal variation and here is a sample only (it could vary):
Fremantle sardines, chilli, sprouted grain loaf followed by Duck tortellini, hoisin broth, garlic shoots and finishing with Vanilla parfait, chocolate crumbs, and banana.
Billie H. also has vegetarian as well as gluten-free options for those who have special dietary requirements.
This will be on Thursday 1st and Saturday 31st March, 2018 from 12.00 pm to 3.30 pm, at 34 St Quentins Avenue, Claremont

3. THE BEAUTIFUL DINNER PRESENTED BY JAMES SQUIRE
The Beautiful Dinner presented by James Squire will be a dinner you won't want to miss! It will be held at Post at the State Building, which is an iconic place with grand architecture and natural streaming light. The Beautiful Dinner is the embodiment of good taste and food.
Here, you will be welcomed with a drink on arrival, as well as a delightful canape.
This is followed by a three-course meal, which will be a shared style dinner and the chef for the evening will be a surprise - but rest assured, it will be a leading chef!
With each course, you get a matching cold beer that has been selected just for this meal.
